This Policy explains how LLEAPP SDN BHD collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal data when you use BeamGreets.

1. Who we are

BeamGreets is operated by LLEAPP SDN BHD (“BeamGreets”, “Beam”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered office is No. 20, Lorong Kurau 29, Chai Leng Park, 13700 Perai, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use BeamGreets, we may collect:

  • your name, email, telephone number, password hash and account preferences;
  • order, billing, support and transaction-status information;
  • recipient names, delivery addresses and greeting details supplied by you;
  • messages, signatures, photographs, recorded or uploaded audio and AI design instructions;
  • printing, delivery and tracking information from fulfilment partners; and
  • IP address, browser, device, cookie, usage and security-log information.

Our payment provider processes payment credentials. BeamGreets does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. If you provide another person’s data, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it for these purposes.

3. Why we use information

We use personal data to operate accounts; create, personalise, print and deliver cards; generate requested AI artwork; host audio linked through printed QR codes; process payments; provide tracking and support; prevent fraud and misuse; improve and secure the service; communicate service information; send marketing where permitted; and comply with legal, tax and accounting duties.

4. AI, photos, audio and QR codes

Prompts and optional photographs submitted in the AI flow may be sent to an approved AI provider to generate or refine your design. Do not upload highly sensitive content or material you are not authorised to use. Audio is stored on BeamGreets-controlled hosting or an approved provider and made accessible through the printed QR code. Anyone with the QR code or link may be able to hear the audio, so do not include confidential information.

5. Sharing and international processing

We share only information reasonably needed by approved payment, hosting, storage, AI, printing, postal, courier, email, analytics, security and professional-service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in a corporate transaction, or with your consent. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside Malaysia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and safeguards consistent with applicable Malaysian requirements.

6. Retention and security

We retain data only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, purchased features, support, fraud prevention, disputes and legal or accounting duties. Creative content and audio may remain available for the period communicated with the product or order. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Use a unique password and keep account credentials and card links private.

7. Cookies and communications

We may use essential cookies for sign-in, carts, checkout and security, plus optional analytics or preference technologies where enabled. You may control non-essential cookies through available settings. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time, although transactional messages may still be sent.

8. Your rights

Subject to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and applicable exceptions, you may ask whether we process your data, request access or correction, withdraw consent, object to direct marketing, or request deletion or restriction where applicable. We may verify your identity first. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent some services.

9. Children, changes and contact

BeamGreets is not directed to children under 18. A parent or guardian should order where a child’s data, photograph or voice is involved. We may update this Policy and will revise its effective date for material changes.
