Yes. Record your voice or upload audio, then add a printed QR code so the recipient can scan and listen. This optional add-on is priced during ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Express courier delivery, when available, typically takes 3–5 business days and costs extra. Customs, public holidays and unexpected delays may affect these estimates.

Can I create a card with AI?

Yes. Describe your idea in Create with AI, choose optional colours and a feeling, then generate a design. You can personalize the finished card before checkout.

Can I use my own photo?

Yes. Upload a photo when personalizing a standard card, or use a photo as a reference in the AI design flow to blend it into a custom design.

Can I write my own message?

Absolutely. Add your recipient, sender name and personal message in the message step. The card preview updates as you type.

What size are the greeting cards?

Our standard greeting cards use A5 sizing. Check the product page for the card’s material and finish.

Can I change the delivery address?

Review the address carefully before checkout. Changes after ordering cannot be guaranteed because processing starts quickly. Contact support promptly if you notice an error.

Are there any extra charges?

Standard greeting cards include worldwide delivery. Optional add-ons and express delivery may cost extra. Your total is shown before you confirm the order.
