Once you place an order on BeamGreets, here’s what happens next:

Packaging & Dispatch – We securely pack your card and send it out for delivery.
Shipping & Tracking – If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Delivery – Your card will arrive at the recipient’s address within the estimated delivery time.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Recipient not available?
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the mail or greeting card will typically be left in their mailbox or with a designated recipient. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, it may be returned to the nearest postal/courier facility for further instructions.
Sending non-standard shaped greetings?
Currently, Beam supports standard-sized greeting cards. We recommend choosing from the available card sizes within the app to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
Changing delivery address after order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we recommend double-checking the delivery address before confirming your order to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address once the order has been submitted.
Can I include a personalized message?
Absolutely! You can write a personalized message inside the greeting cards. The message can be customized to express your thoughts, wishes, or sentiments for the recipient.
Can I send anonymously?
Yes, Beam allows you to send mail or greeting cards anonymously if you prefer. However, please refrain from including any offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material in your mail or greeting cards. Violation of these guidelines may result in the rejection or cancellation of your order.
Can I edit/cancel a sent mail/greetings?
Unfortunately, once a mail or greeting card is sent, it cannot be edited or canceled. It’s important to review your message and details carefully before finalizing the sending process.

Absolutely! Adding a gift to your mail or greeting card is a separate process. You can explore our Gifthub section within the app to browse through a variety of gift options. Simply choose the gift you’d like to include, place the order, and our partnering gift merchants will process it. It’s important to note that the delivery time for greetings and gifts may vary, as they are processed separately.
